• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits
• Coordinate joining formalities, background verification, and induction programs
• Handle full & final settlement and exit documentation
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure accuracy of HR data, reports, and MIS
