Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the talent acquisition team by scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Liaise with candidates and Hiring managers
  • Arrange logistics for interviews, including meeting rooms, video conferencing, etc.
  • Facilitate virtual interviews and troubleshoot technical issues if any.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases.
  • Gather and update feedback from interviewers.

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 to 4 years in Talent Acquisition or a similar role within Human resources
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Highly proactive and process-centric attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
