Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Microsoft Word.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and version control.
