We are hiring 2025/2026 graduates (Bachelor's/Postgraduate) who are eager to start a career in US IT Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via LinkedIn & job portals
• Screen profiles & conduct initial assessments
• Engage with candidates and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate pipeline & trackers
• Support end-to-end recruitment and reporting

Requirements:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in night shift (US EST)
• Quick learner, adaptable, and target-driven
• Basic MS Office knowledge

Good to Have: Internship/knowledge in HR or IT roles
