We're looking for a smart, driven Talent Acquisition Associate who can help us scale our team across both full-time and project-based roles. You'll work closely with the founders and play a key role in hiring for internal teams as well as freelancer/contractual roles for LLM training projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire candidates across full-time and freelance/contract roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer rollout
- Create clear, compelling, and role-specific job descriptions
- Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and unconventional channels
- Hire for LLM training projects (annotators, domain experts, freelancers, etc.) at scale
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand evolving hiring needs
- Manage candidate onboarding for both full-time employees and freelancers
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout
- Maintain hiring trackers and basic recruitment metrics
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience (internships count)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to assess candidates for both skill and culture fit
- High ownership and speed of execution
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with basic AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for sourcing, screening, and JD creation
