Marbles Health is India's first CDSCO-approved brain stimulation platform. We're combining neuroscience, psychology, and digital therapeutics to change how mental health is treated in this country — and we need the right people to help us grow. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Gurugram. What makes this role different

You won't be a support function. You'll be the person who builds our team — end to end, across every role, from clinical to sales to operations. This is one of the highest-ownership positions we're hiring for.

What you'll own:

Sourcing talent across all functions — clinical, sales, tech, ops

Building and maintaining a warm pipeline (no starting from zero)

Screening candidates for role fit and culture alignment

Keeping every open role visible and moving — zero dropped balls

Making sure every candidate, whether hired or not, has a great experience

What we're looking for:

Medical background or experience of some sort is a must

0–2 years experience (freshers with the right mindset are very welcome)

You close things. You don't wait to be chased.

Organized under pressure — multiple roles, one tracker, no chaos

A communicator who's equally sharp on email, on call, and in person

Some network in healthcare talent — or the drive to build one fast

Experience: 0–2 years
