Position: Talent Acquisition Associate

Experience: 3 Months to 1 Year

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)  Laptop Must have

CTC: Up to ₹3- 3.5 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 3 months to 1 year of recruitment experience and a strong interest in talent acquisition. The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment while achieving weekly hiring and selection targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring requirements.
  • Drive recruitment activities to achieve weekly selection and joining targets.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational hiring goals and recruitment KPIs.
  • Follow up with candidates to improve interview attendance, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
  • Support bulk hiring, campus hiring, and lateral hiring initiatives.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Weekly selection target achievement.
  • Weekly joining target achievement.
  • Number of interviews scheduled and conducted.
  • Interview-to-selection conversion ratio.
  • Selection-to-joining conversion ratio.
  • Hiring turnaround time (TAT).
  • Recruitment data accuracy and reporting.
