Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• Design develop and maintain Talend based ETL ELT workflows to ingest transform and load data across systems
• Build reusable Talend jobs components and frameworks aligned with best practices for scalability and maintainability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define mappings and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Implement data validation error handling logging and alerting to ensure reliable and auditable data pipelines
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Talend jobs SQL queries and data flows to meet SLAs
• Troubleshoot production issues conduct root cause analysis and drive fixes through to closure
• Create and maintain technical documentation including job design data mappings and operational runbooks
• Support releases by coordinating deployments versioning and environment promotions in line with team processes
• Minimum Qualifications
• BTECH MTECH MCA or MSC
• 3 5 years of experience in data integration ETL development with Talend
• Strong hands on experience with Talend and Talend Open Studio including job design debugging and deployment support
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for data extraction transformation and validation
• Experience implementing robust error handling logging and data quality checks in ETL pipelines

Technical Requirements:

Additional Responsibilities:

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing end to end integration solutions including source to target mappings and transformation logic
• Familiarity with scheduling and orchestration practices for ETL workflows and operational monitoring
• Exposure to data warehousing concepts dimensions facts incremental loads and CDC style patterns
• Ability to improve pipeline performance through tuning partitioning strategies and efficient transformation design
• Strong communication skills to work effectively across technical and non technical teams and drive delivery outcomes
