Talend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Talend Developer to own the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data integration solutions. You will lead a team of Talend developers, ensure high-quality data pipelines, and work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and platform teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce data integration standards, architecture, and best practices
• Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, prioritization, and release management
• Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance
• Ensure robust error handling, monitoring, logging, and production support
• Implement data quality, validation, governance, and security controls
• Mentor and guide Talend developers, acting as the technical escalation point
• Collaborate with business, architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams
• Manage and resolve complex production issues, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Talend Data Integration
• Mandatory experience with Talend Data Integration (DI) module
• Hands-on experience with Talend Open Studio, Talend Data Integration, and Talend ESB
• Strong proficiency in designing and developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Talend
• Expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, with strong ability to write complex SQL queries
• Hands-on experience working with XML and JSON
• Solid understanding of data architectures, data integration patterns, and methodologies
• Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Scrum methodology
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts
• Good to have: Experience with APIs
