We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau, data modeling, and SQL, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, etc.).
- Implement best practices in data visualization and storytelling.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support ad‑hoc reporting needs and provide training/documentation for end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands‑on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and BI tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize queries for performance.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
