Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports.
  • Perform data validation and troubleshooting for dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data models and reporting efficiency.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or BI Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning).
  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Tableau performance optimization techniques.
  • Exposure to other BI tools or scripting languages (Python, R).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
