Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate candidates fit for roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare and extend job offers and assist with negotiation and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
