Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Assessment & Coaching:

Conduct in-depth evaluations of bench candidates skills, experiences, and career goals.

Develop personalized career development plans, including interview prep, resume optimization, and salary negotiation strategies.

Sales Recruitment Expertise:

Guide candidates through the sales hiring process, emphasizing industry-specific best practices in IT and non-IT.

Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand sales team needs and match candidates effectively.

Networking & Pipeline Building:

Maintain a robust network of passive and active sales professionals for immediate placement opportunities.

Host workshops/webinars on sales career growth, LinkedIn branding, and industry trends.

Market Intelligence:

Stay ahead of sales recruitment trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging job markets.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine bench candidate sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

Experience:

1+ years as a Career Advisor, Recruitment Consultant.

Proven success in placing candidates in sales roles (inside sales, field sales, enterprise, etc.).

Skills:

Deep understanding of sales metrics (e.g., quota attainment, pipeline management).

Strong communication, active listening, and coaching abilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
