Junior Recruitment Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Junior Recruitment Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing hiring processes, identifying talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities. You will work closely with hiring managers and teams to meet the recruitment needs of the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Experience in Job Description Development and Hiring processes
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
• Knowledge of Recruiting best practices and candidate sourcing strategies
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment within the interior design or related industry (preferred but not mandatory)
