Company location: Maison D Auraine is located in Electronic City, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016. We offer a work mode of Work from Office for 6 days a week with a morning shift from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
About the Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans. They will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience, track recruitment metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values and culture to potential candidates.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the talent acquisition process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior executives to understand specific departmental needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding recruitment trends and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or in a similar role with a minimum of 4+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
