Job Description:
Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiter Role:
The Senior Associate Campus Recruiter is responsible for executing strategies to attract, engage, and hire high-caliber candidates from university campuses. This role involves building strong relationships with academic institutions, faculty, and student organizations to enhance the firm's brand and visibility among students, along with managing relationships among key internal stakeholders – i.e. school executive sponsors, client facing reps and interviewers.
This is a developmental role that focuses on supporting and assisting with the campus recruitment process, reflecting responsibilities that are more about execution and support rather than leading and managing strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the firm attracts and retains the best emerging talent, contributing to its long-term success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for campus-related activities and inquiries for aligned schools
- Partner with school executive sponsors to finalize school recruiting events and approach
- Organize and participate in campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Coordinate campus interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, campus events, and direct outreach.
- Promote the firm's brand and career opportunities to students and academic communities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus activities
- Provide regular reports and insights to campus leadership
- Work closely with senior level campus recruiters and executive sponsors to ensure consistent and effective approach to school focused communications, events and activities
- Work closely with client facing reps and interviewers to make sure they understand their roles and responsibilities within the recruiting process
- Work closely with pipeline managers to understand campus goals, job descriptions and job posting strategy / approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5+ year of experience in campus recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of accounting or industry knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Adaptable and open to change and constructive feedback.
- Professional attitude with good business acumen
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
- Ability to track, build, and maintain reports
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel 50-60% during peak campus recruiting periods
