Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interviews → onboarding
- Hire for multiple roles including:
- Field Executives
- Operations Managers
- Hub Managers
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies (especially for blue-collar workforce)
- Build strong pipelines through:
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- LinkedIn hiring
- Vendor & consultancy partnerships
- Campus & referral drives
- Manage and train a team of recruiters
- Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning city-wise
- Track and improve key hiring metrics:
- Cost per hire
- Time to hire
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
- Build employer branding to attract quality talent
Requirements- 3–7 years of experience in recruitment (startup / operations-heavy companies preferred)
- Strong experience in bulk hiring & field hiring
- Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-scaling environments
- Experience managing recruitment teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with EV, logistics, fleet, or gig workforce hiring is a plus
