Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interviews → onboarding
  • Hire for multiple roles including:
  • Field Executives
  • Operations Managers
  • Hub Managers
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies (especially for blue-collar workforce)
  • Build strong pipelines through:
  • Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
  • LinkedIn hiring
  • Vendor & consultancy partnerships
  • Campus & referral drives
  • Manage and train a team of recruiters
  • Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning city-wise
  • Track and improve key hiring metrics:
  • Cost per hire
  • Time to hire
  • Offer-to-joining ratio
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
  • Build employer branding to attract quality talent
Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in recruitment (startup / operations-heavy companies preferred)
  • Strong experience in bulk hiring & field hiring
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-scaling environments
  • Experience managing recruitment teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with EV, logistics, fleet, or gig workforce hiring is a plus
