Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
▸ Own the full hiring lifecycle sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding
▸ Manage JD creation, job posting, and job board management across Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.
▸ Source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent databases
▸ Build and maintain active pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles
Functional Hiring Coverage
▸ Hire across Tech & Product roles SDE, Data Analysts, PMs, QA, DevOps
▸ Hire for Category Management, Procurement, and Merchandising roles
▸ Hire for Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics profiles
▸ Hire for Warehouse roles floor executives, supervisors, inventory staff — including on-site visits to
warehouse locations
▸ Support Non-Tech hiring finance, sales, marketing, admin
Stakeholder & Process
▸ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles
▸ Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication and experience
▸ Track recruitment metrics — TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, pipeline health
▸ Maintain clean and updated data on ATS / recruitment trackers at all times
▸ Drive campus or walk-in hiring drives for volume roles when required
Must Have
▸ 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment or TA experience
▸ Prior experience hiring for FMCG, e-commerce, quick commerce, or startup environments
▸ Comfortable sourcing across Tech and Non-Tech roles simultaneously
▸ Strong command over sourcing tools Naukri RMS, LinkedIn, Boolean strings, referrals
▸ Ability to handle multiple open positions with tight turnaround times
▸ Open to visiting warehouses or distribution centres for on-ground hiring when needed
Good to Have
▸ Exposure to hiring for supply chain, category, or ops roles in a product/startup company
▸ Familiarity with ATS tools Keka,
▸ Understanding of offer fitment, compensation benchmarking, and comp structures
▸ Experience conducting walk-in drives or campus hiring
▸ Hinglish communication style — comfortable in fast-paced, informal startup culture
