Location: South Delhi (On-site)

Work Schedule: 6 days/week

Compensation: ₹6–₹10 LPA Fixed + Performance-linked: Variable & Incentives

Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience

Reporting to: Founder

Prime Ambit Private Limited is a technology and consulting firm focused on AI, Web3 infrastructure, automation systems, and scalable digital architecture. We're a lean team (<10) scaling fast, and we need a high-ownership operator to anchor daily execution, revenue operations, and internal people infrastructure as we grow.

 

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role working directly with the Founder across three areas: driving revenue execution alongside the Sales Head, running the daily operating rhythm, and maintaining internal People Operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Founder's Office Execution: Translate the Founder's strategic priorities into daily execution across all teams. Build and maintain a Master Execution Tracker with clear owners and deadlines. Prepare business decks, MIS dashboards, and act as the first line of defense for operational escalations using the leanest paths to resolution. Bring structure to recurring rhythms — weekly reviews, goal tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.

Revenue & Sales Operations: Partner with the Sales Head to drive pipeline execution, revenue discipline, and CRM hygiene. Produce weekly revenue MIS, track funnel analytics, and support high-value pursuits like proposal drafting. Coordinate outbound lead flow and ensure sales commitments land cleanly in delivery.

People Operations: Maintain daily performance tracking, ensure optimal productivity, and run structured performance appraisal cycles.

First 90 Days Success Metrics

 

  • The revenue engine runs with visible discipline and a clean pipeline.
  • The Master Execution Tracker is live, accurate, and relied on daily.
  • The Founder's bandwidth has noticeably freed up.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

  • Resourceful Generalist: You don't draw lines around your job and prefer to hack a free tool or build a quick workflow rather than throw headcount at a problem.
  • Cost-Conscious: You hunt for lighter alternatives and critically evaluate every vendor or tool request.
  • Tech & Data Fluent: You have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and enough fluency with the modern AI/automation stack (n8n, Make/Zapier, OpenAI/Claude) to challenge tool choices intelligently.
  • Commercially Minded: You are comfortable qualifying leads, drafting proposals, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Sales Head.
  • Resilient: You have high ownership energy, stay calm under pressure, are comfortable with ambiguity, communicate in clear professional English, and see unglamorous work (attendance sheets, CRM updates) as problems to solve, not tasks beneath you.

 

Note: This role is not for those who need a 9-to-5 or remote/hybrid setup, prefer fixed role boundaries, view People Ops as beneath a Founder's Office title, or default to solving problems by buying new tools, adding headcount, or subscribing to whatever a vendor recommends.

Bonus Qualifications

  • IT/SaaS Startup's Founder's office experience.
  • Exposure to Sales, B2B pipeline management, or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), Notion, Google Workspace, or HRMS/ATS.
  • A track record of reducing tool spend, consolidating SaaS stacks, or hands-on familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Make, or Zapier).
