We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role - Temenos Engineer

Overview -
As a Temenos Engineer, will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive banking solutions using Temenos software.
a. Working closely with practice leads, clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions. b. Responsible for aligning the logical, technical, and physical architectural design solutions landscape, web applications and interfaces with internal and external partner systems, services, within the overall enterprise architecture framework. c. Will coordinate with associated division/units to provide technical solutions and implement the software solutions landscape for high performance, optimized and network efficient solutions as required by all business and in compliance with the Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance

Responsibilities -
1. Design and propose comprehensive banking solutions using Temenos software, aligning with clients business requirements and strategic objectives
2. Develop and maintain the overall architecture of Temenos-based solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices3. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency4. Work with implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery, providing technical guidance and support as needed5. Collaborate with testing teams to ensure solution quality, identifying and addressing defects and improvements opportunities
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
7. Stay up-to-date with Temenos software releases, updates, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to solution design and implementation
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure aligned solution strategies and effective solution delivery
9. Formulate plans, timelines, milestones and enumerate deliverables for assigned projects Create proof of concepts, architectural analysis, design and implementation of applications & services
10. Provide technical guidance on the implementation of application interfaces, track risks and mitigation measures and ensure that solutions are aligned with the organizational requirements
11. Propose and oversee implementation of technological standards and best practices related to IT solutions and Application Lifecycle Management policies and procedure
12. Ensure that recommended architecture and designs is in line with industry best practices, existing corporate applications, embedded and/or interfacing with organization's enterprise solution landscape
13. Coordinate technological choices/evaluation and implementation of best practices review proposals and evaluate effort estimates and determine whether they fit into time restrictions
14. Coordinate with respective divisions/unit heads and business users to ensure interoperability between the various solutions

Requirement
1. Temenos Certification, added advantage
2. Advanced knowledge of object-oriented architecture and design patterns for building highly scalable applications
3. Experience as Technical Solution Architect for at least two full project lifecycles for a medium or large sized web-based application and Interface/API implementation.4. Good technical background of at least 10 years in software development and multiple Technologies and framework including Oracle/MSSQL, App Services WebLogic/JBoss, Java/J2EE programming, Microservices, and Oracle Service Bus5. Knowledge of issue tracking and version control systems including Jira and Git.
6. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and TeamCity DevOps/Dev-Sec-Ops roles in an agile context.
9. Experience in cloud solutions Architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Skills
1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking software solutions, with at least 5 years of experience in Temenos Business Analysis and implementation
2. In-depth knowledge of Temenos software, including T24, Temenos Transact, and Temenos Wealth.3. Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles, including microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solution
