Telecom Architect

Role Overview:

The Telecom Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing telecom networks and solutions to meet business and technical requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, performance, and security of telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network & Infrastructure Design

• Design and develop scalable and high-performance telecom architectures.
• Ensure seamless integration of voice, data, and wireless networks.
• Optimize network performance, security, and reliability.

2. Solution Development & Implementation

• Develop end-to-end telecom solutions aligned with business needs.
• Work with cloud, VoIP, 5G, and IoT technologies for telecom transformation.
• Lead proof of concept (PoC) projects and drive innovation.

3. System Integration & Support

• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams for smooth deployment.
• Ensure interoperability between new and existing network components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.

4. Compliance & Security

• Ensure adherence to industry standards (ITU, IEEE, 3GPP, etc.).
• Implement security best practices to protect telecom infrastructure.
• Work with regulatory teams to maintain compliance with telecom policies.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Evaluate and manage telecom vendors, hardware, and software solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and training to teams as needed.
