Position Summary:

A leading education and training organisation is seeking a Managed IT Service Provider to deliver end-to-end IT support and management across its systems and infrastructure.

The role will involve conducting a comprehensive systems audit, providing user support, performing routine maintenance and ensuring timely updates and management of all IT operations. The organisation relies heavily on digital platforms to deliver world-class learning and collaboration experiences, making this partnership critical to maintaining consistent and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full systems audit to assess infrastructure, performance, and security.
• Provide technical and user support to internal staff.
• Oversee maintenance, updates, and system backups to ensure reliability.
• Manage IT infrastructure, software licenses, and integration's.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for seamless operations.
• Ensure systems remain secure, up-to-date, and compliant with best practices.

Systems Overview:

• Core platforms include Microsoft 365 and Teams, Moodle (Enovation), Salesforce CRM, WordPress/WooCommerce (Flywheel), Sage/Xero, and Mailchimp.
• The service provider will oversee these key systems, ensuring smooth connectivity, performance, and data protection across the organisation.
