About the Role:
As our IT Officer, you will oversee the organisation's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and implement solutions that support our remote and on-site teams in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues for staff across multiple locations
- Ensure cybersecurity and data protection compliance
- Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud-based systems and collaboration tools
- Support software implementations, updates, and integrations
- Document IT procedures and provide training to staff as needed
- Liaise with Australian vendors and service providers
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an IT Officer or IT support professional, preferably supporting Australian companies
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud platforms, and common software systems
- Experience with remote IT support and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Zoom, VPNs)
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
