This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a System Administrator. The responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, performing system administration tasks, and delivering reliable technical support. Duties also involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing networks, ensuring system security, and proactively monitoring performance to avoid downtime.

• Strong competence in System Administration, with proven experience in managing servers and system upgrades.
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and delivering effective Technical Support to resolve user and system issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuring network hardware and optimizing network performance.
• Solid knowledge of Information Technology principles, operating systems, and software tools relevant to system and network management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in managing IT operations within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
