Job Description

Handle escalated issues support and ensure timely resolution of system and network-related problems.
Perform system administration tasks including user account management, permissions, group policies, and remote access configurations.
Monitor server performance, patch updates, antivirus, and backup jobs.
Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
Support hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Assist in managing network devices like switches, routers, and firewalls in coordination with the network team.
Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with IT policies.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure changes, configurations, and SOPs.
Collaborate with L2 & L3 engineers or vendors for critical incidents and root cause analysis.
Participate in system audits, disaster recovery planning, and IT projects.
