Perform Level 1 troubleshooting of server slowdowns and errant behavior, based on specific procedures
Escalate technical problems to various parties including on-call engineer and vendors
Efficiently communicate with customer regarding ongoing issues
Experience configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems with an emphasis on Linux
Experience configuring and troubleshooting networking and web technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, LAMP stack, etc.) Skills: Windows Server Administration, WHMCS/Cpanel, web hosting, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting and System Administration
