Job Description

  • Perform Level 1 troubleshooting of server slowdowns and errant behavior, based on specific procedures
  • Escalate technical problems to various parties including on-call engineer and vendors
  • Efficiently communicate with customer regarding ongoing issues
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems with an emphasis on Linux
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting networking and web technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, LAMP stack, etc.) Skills: Windows Server Administration, WHMCS/Cpanel, web hosting, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting and System Administration
