Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers in production
  • Diagnose and resolve SSH connectivity issues (service, firewall, authentication, network)
  • Troubleshoot disk space and filesystem mount issues in Linux
  • Identify and resolve networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewall, HTTP/HTTPS)
  • Manage VMware vCenter (VM lifecycle, disk expansion, basic administration)
  • Perform structured troubleshooting and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and uptime

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Linux Administration (Mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Solid understanding of Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS)
  • Experience with VMware vCenter
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good documentation and communication skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with Ansible (playbooks)
  • Knowledge of Git / Version Control
