Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and software applications
Monitor system performance and take corrective actions
Perform routine maintenance and hardware/software upgrades
Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures
Troubleshoot system and network-related issues
Document system configurations, procedures, and policies
Manage network firewalls and handle network troubleshooting
Manage backups and restorations
Handle antivirus software and related troubleshooting
Coordinate with UPS, EPABX CCTV vendors
Manage IT assets (systems and software)
Monitor event logs and system performance
Requirements Skills
1+ years of experience in System Administration
Experience with Microsoft Services: AD / DNS / DHCP / GPO
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
