Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies, goals, and policies in alignment with the company's objectives.

  • Infrastructure Management: Administer and monitor the utilization, availability, and security of all IT infrastructure and systems, including networks (LAN, WAN), Windows and Linux servers

  • Cybersecurity & Data Management: Ensure data security, integrity, and backup systems are robust. Implement security measures, conduct audits, and develop disaster recovery plans to mitigate risks.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide high-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the IT team, which may include mentoring junior staff, evaluate performance, and foster a collaborative work environment

Skills:

  • In depth knowledge of Windows server administration (AD, DHCP, FTP, DNS and Linux administration.

  • Good knowledge of Network administration switches and Firewall (FortiGate/Palo Alto)

  • Backup administration (Veeam software)

  • Disaster recovery planning.

  • Server patching

  • SOP document preparation and audit documentation.

  • Asset inventory management

  • End user support / user management

  • Quickly diagnose and solve system related issue and outage to minimize the impact.

  • End point security tool like MDE and Windows defender.

  • Monitor and audit security logs for suspicious activities.

  • Ensure redundancy and stability of all critical IT systems.

  • Good troubleshooting skills

  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM, SharePoint and power platform.

Experience:

  • 6+ years IT experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer, IT, or a related field is required.
