Job Description

Job title: System Administrator

Experience required: 3 to 7 years

Qualification required: Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/ Computer Science/IT or other equivalent computer science qualification.

Job Location: Thane

Must have skills: Windows Desktop / Network Administrator / Routers / Firewall / Windows Servers

Job Responsibilities

Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows platform Network administration.
Strong knowledge of Routers Switches (Cisco HP)
Experience on windows servers 2012, 2016, 2019 2022
Knowledge in managing Hyper-V and VMware Hosts.
Analysing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
Experience/knowledge on Firewalls (Sophos) Firewall RulesPolicies, ACL, NAT, VPN setup, routing protocols, VLAN, VPN Network Security etc.
Handling of EPABX, UPS.
Other common computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
Strong Experience in Anti-virus server Network security.
Experience in Patch management (WSUS).
Should be able to maintain and manage Active Directory / DNS / File Server / Print Server.
Experience in maintaining/managing servers and desktops remotely.
Experience in handling of CCTV NVR system.
Willing to work in Rotational shifts and weekends.
Knowledge in ISO 27001 is added advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and should be able to support users at offices in US Europe.

Ability to resolve complex issues and queries.
Basic understanding of Information Security Management system.
