Key Responsibilities:
- Present and demonstrate the SWA-Adhyayan LMS to schools, teachers, principals, and management.
- Manage and guide the SWA-Adhyayan team across PAN India, ensuring smooth coordination and performance.
- Lead end-to-end LMS onboarding and ensure teachers use the platform effectively.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product presentations for internal teams and schools.
- Work closely with the sales team to support closures and achieve digital product targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with schools and provide continuous academic and technical support.
- Prepare simple presentations, training material, demo content, and reports.
- Identify improvement areas in the LMS and share feedback with the product team.
- Represent Rachna Sagar at events, seminars, and school activities.
- Support and guide regional sales teams on product knowledge and demo skills.
Qualifications:
- 15–20 years of experience in EdTech, LMS, school training, academic presentations, or education products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in giving demos and conducting teacher training sessions.
- Good knowledge of digital learning tools and LMS platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PPT).
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to handle multiple schools independently.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Delhi/NCR and outstation.
- Must have a Laptop & Vehicle.
