Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and Office 365 environment.
- Manage and administer Active Directory, including user management, permissions, and group policies.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, VPN connectivity, and firewalls.
- Manage and monitor SOPHOS firewall/security solutions for network protection and policy management.
- Provide desktop and laptop support to end users including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Work with cloud environments such as GCP or Azure for infrastructure support and monitoring.
- Support website hosting and server management activities when required.
- Be a part of the SOC (Security Operations Center) team, assisting in monitoring and responding to security alerts.
- Assist in transitioning existing infrastructure toward AI-driven or AI-enabled infrastructure management initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations, infrastructure processes, and SOPs.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP.
- Experience working with SOPHOS security/firewall solutions.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
- Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hardware / Computer Engineering / IT or related field (preferred).
