Are you a hands-on IT Systems & Network Support professional who thrives on keeping technology environments secure, stable, and high-performing We're looking for a skilled IT expert to join our growing team and play a key role in managing end-user systems, servers, and network security infrastructure.

What You'll Work On:

Administer Windows, macOS, and Linux/Ubuntu environments

Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, user lifecycle)

Configure & troubleshoot Fortigate/Sophos firewalls, VPNs, and security policies

Support JumpCloud and CheckPoint EDR protection

Handle patching, upgrades, performance monitoring & incident resolution

Maintain system documentation and support IT security compliance

We're Looking For:

34 years in IT Support / System Administration

Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching)

Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware, software & networks

Excellent communication and user-support mindset
