About the Role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support & Systems Specialist with hands-on experience in supporting and implementing SaaS-based platforms. The role involves day-to-day IT support, system configuration, user access management, and ensuring smooth operations of digital tools used across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, and SaaS applications.
  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of internal SaaS platforms used across teams.
  • Manage licenses for employees and customers across PAN India.
  • Administer and support Microsoft SharePoint, including access control, document libraries, and user troubleshooting.
  • Perform Windows OS installations, configurations, and driver management.
  • Provide remote IT support through tools like AnyDesk or similar applications.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and licenses across systems.
  • Conduct monthly audits of IT systems, assets, and hardware inventory.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, peripheral, and basic network issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 25 years of IT Support experience with exposure to SaaS platform implementation or support.
  • Experience administering and supporting Microsoft SharePoint (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking and cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and coordination abilities.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to support diverse teams.
