As a Support Service Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and handling vendors and their related services to US and international customers. Should have hands-on planning and coordination on vendors contract renewals and performance management. Also responsible for timely reporting to

Job Responsibilities

  • Vendor Selection:
  • Sourcing of Local, Regional & Global Vendors for 3PS Services in Americas, EMEA and APAC
  • Preparing a detailed cost analysis of vendor quotes and doing comparatives.
  • Setup primary and Secondary Vendors per IT Asset product SKU and IT staffing & professional service SKU
  • Vendors Contracts:
  • Vendor Contract Renewal Management
  • Vendor Onboarding & Contract Management:
  • NDA Agreements Management
  • Commercial Agreements Management
  • Contract management and negotiations of agreements such as MSA, SOW & similar legal & subcontracting agreements.
  • Product & Service Catalog Management:
  • Product (Hardware or Software (IT Assets) as SKU) & Service Vendor Price Catalog Management and Sales Price Catalog Management
  • Vendor Performance Management:
  • Vendor Survey
  • Vendor KPI Reporting
  • Vendor Service Dispatching
  • Dispatch Field Engineers at site location
  • Co-ordinate with vendors to source the best FSE/FTE.
  • Management Reporting:
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Performance Reports.
  • Prepare specialized Spend Analysis, Costing, Pricing & Multi-Party Performance Reporting.
  • Any other task(s)/project(s) as assigned by management.

9. 5+ years of vendor management IT domain experience required.
