Job Responsibilities
- Vendor Selection:
- Sourcing of Local, Regional & Global Vendors for 3PS Services in Americas, EMEA and APAC
- Preparing a detailed cost analysis of vendor quotes and doing comparatives.
- Setup primary and Secondary Vendors per IT Asset product SKU and IT staffing & professional service SKU
- Vendors Contracts:
- Vendor Contract Renewal Management
- Vendor Onboarding & Contract Management:
- NDA Agreements Management
- Commercial Agreements Management
- Contract management and negotiations of agreements such as MSA, SOW & similar legal & subcontracting agreements.
- Product & Service Catalog Management:
- Product (Hardware or Software (IT Assets) as SKU) & Service Vendor Price Catalog Management and Sales Price Catalog Management
- Vendor Performance Management:
- Vendor Survey
- Vendor KPI Reporting
- Vendor Service Dispatching
- Dispatch Field Engineers at site location
- Co-ordinate with vendors to source the best FSE/FTE.
- Management Reporting:
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Performance Reports.
- Prepare specialized Spend Analysis, Costing, Pricing & Multi-Party Performance Reporting.
- Any other task(s)/project(s) as assigned by management.
9. 5+ years of vendor management IT domain experience required.
