About Position
We are seeking a Cloud Security Analyst to monitor, report, and support remediation of cloud security posture across AWS and Azure environments. This role focuses on ensuring visibility into security controls, tracking deviations, and collaborating with operations teams to maintain compliance with cloud security standards and best practices. You will leverage native cloud security tools and contribute to continuous improvement of security posture through reporting and optimization insights.

What You'll Do
- Monitor cloud security posture using AWS and Azure native security tools and baselined configurations
- Utilize tools such as AWS Control Tower, GuardDuty, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Azure AD
- Identify, track, and report cloud security control deviations using CSP dashboards and alerts
- Coordinate with cloud and platform teams to support remediation of security issues
- Handle L2 cloud security tickets including investigation, validation, and resolution tracking
- Prepare and publish monthly cloud security posture reports with trends and risk insights
- Present actionable security findings to stakeholders
- Provide recommendations for cloud security improvements during QBRs
- Support continuous optimization by identifying recurring misconfigurations and risks
- Ensure adherence to customer-defined security standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Expertise You'll Bring
- Strong understanding of AWS and Azure cloud security fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with native cloud security tools (GuardDuty, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Azure AD)
- Knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) concepts and baseline enforcement
- Experience in handling L2 cloud security operations and incident support
- Familiarity with security controls, misconfigurations, and remediation practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and risk analysis
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate security insights clearly
- Attention to detail with strong follow-up and documentation practices
- Exposure to cloud governance, risk, and compliance frameworks is a plus
- Cloud certifications (AWS Security, Azure Security) are desirable
