Job Title: DevOps/Production Support Engineer

Location: 411014, Pune City, Maharashtra, India

About the Role:

We are looking for strong Production Support / DevOps professionals with hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications in Azure cloud environments. The role involves incident management, production support, CI/CD operations, troubleshooting APIs, SQL/Snowflake handling, AKS support, and ensuring stability of business-critical applications.

Candidates should have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills along with experience handling L2/L3 production support activities in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 Production Support for enterprise applications
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and outages
• Handle incident management, RCA preparation, and service restoration activities
• Support Azure-hosted applications and cloud services
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Support APIs, SQL/Snowflake, Kafka, and Azure AKS environments
• Work closely with Development, QA, Infra, and Business teams
• Participate in release support, deployments, DR activities, and weekend maintenance
• Ensure application stability, monitoring, alert handling, and operational excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of experience in Production/Application Support environments
• Strong experience in Core Java and Spring Boot support environments
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and troubleshooting integration issues
• Strong SQL / Snowflake query handling and debugging experience
• Experience supporting Azure Cloud environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service(AKS)
• Experience with Cosmos DB is must have
• Good understanding of Apache Kafka
• CI/CD experience using GitHub / Azure DevOps
• Strong L2/L3 Production Support, incident management, and RCA experience
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, etc.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix fundamentals
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and support operations
