About Position:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative support engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software applications. You will be working closely with our team of designers and developers to create high-quality, efficient code that enhances user experience.

What You'll Do:
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure or operations engineering.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana) and incident management frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in any one of coding language for automation Java, python or Javascript
- Ability to handle production support, including weekend rotations.
- Strong grasp of microservices architecture, including API gateways and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Required Skills Proficiency in .Support Eng SRE : The candidate must have a strong understanding of SRE
- Hands on Exposure with SRE , Dynatrace, Kubernetes/Docker, Java/python/Javascript
