Your Role: Supply Chain & Production Manager
We are looking for a Supply Chain & Production Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and production planning. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth procurement, efficient production processes, timely deliveries, and cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.
What You'll Do
Supply Chain Management
- Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
- Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock management practices
- Optimize logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery
Production Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with business demand and timelines
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources, minimizing wastage and downtime
- Work closely with internal teams to align production schedules with requirements
- Monitor production quality and implement process improvements
Process Optimization & Cost Control
- Identify areas of inefficiency and implement scalable processes
- Drive cost optimization across procurement, production, and logistics
- Maintain and improve SOP adherence across operations
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, finance, and customer success) for seamless execution
- Act as the central point of coordination between vendors, production units, and internal stakeholders
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report key metrics such as production efficiency, inventory turnover, and supply chain performance
- Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, production, or operations management
- Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and production planning
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership mindset with attention to detail
