Supply Chain Manager

For a Health & Wellness client of ours, we are hiring for a Supply Chain Manager

Shift timing will be from 5 PM to 2 AM, Work from office, 5 days working

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process, including

procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

2. Monitor and analyse inventory levels, sales trends, and demand forecasts to identify

potential supply chain issues and develop solutions to address them.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure

timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.

4. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and develop inventory management strategies to

minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

5. Manage the logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, fulfilment, and postage

charges

6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve efficiency, reduce

waste, and lower overall supply chain costs

7. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that all materials and products meet quality

standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Candidate profile:

1. Proven experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership

role, preferably in FMCG companies or Big4 with good knowledge and experience of SCM.

2. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a

related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

5. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

6. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
