We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager with experience in international logistics to manage
end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, vendor management, inventory
planning, imports/exports, freight coordination, and timely delivery. The role will focus on
improving efficiency, reducing costs, ensuring compliance, and building scalable supply chain
processes.
What You'll Do
Supply Chain & Logistics
Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, vendor coordination, and distribution.
Oversee international shipments across air, sea, and road freight.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping partners, and vendors.
Ensure timely shipment tracking, customs clearance, documentation, and delivery.
Optimize freight costs, delivery timelines, and logistics processes.
Vendor & Inventory Management
Identify, onboard, and manage domestic and international vendors.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and service levels with suppliers and logistics partners.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock planning and replenishment.
Track vendor performance on cost, quality, lead times, and reliability.
Process & Cost Optimization
Build and improve SOPs for procurement, logistics, inventory, and shipment tracking.
Identify inefficiencies and drive cost optimization across the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with import/export requirements, documentation, duties, HS codes, and
Incoterms.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with operations, sales, finance, production, and customer success teams.
Act as the key coordination point between vendors, logistics partners, warehouses, and internal
teams.
Track key metrics such as freight cost, inventory turnover, vendor performance, and shipment
timelines.
Key Requirements
3-6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations with an ecommerce provider or D2C Brand in the personal care space.
Hands-on experience with international logistics, imports/exports, freight forwarding, customs
clearance, and documentation.
Strong understanding of vendor management, inventory planning, and procurement.
