About the Role
The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying, hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools, who want to learn, grow and lead confidently. Over an immersive two-years journey you will go through four rotations of six months each where you will experience cross functional, cross business divisions and international exposure, gain real business insights, and build the managerial capabilities needed to step into a leadership role early in your career. These experiences place you close to leadership expectations and shows how the organization operates beyond the surface.

Responsibilities

- During your 24-month journey, you're prepared not just for your next managerial role (landing position in your function)—but to take on significant leadership responsibilities within 6–8 years.

Qualifications
- B Tech + MBA with Specialization in Supply chain
- 4 Plus years experience in Supply chain domain (Pref is in Auto/Auto ancillary unit or else in electronics manufacturing organizations)
- Preference min 2 years experience post MBA

- Coordinate closely with external and internal customers for generating ST, MT and LT forecast.
- Continuous drive for implementing digital solution, dashboards and reports for eliminating manual planning and operations.
