Hiring: Supply Chain & Logistics Manager (India | Global Operations)
Knoxx Foods is looking for a high ownership operator to take complete control of execution across our international sourcing and logistics network.
We are an Australian B2B food ingredient supplier working with global partners across India, Asia, and beyond, supplying premium ingredients to manufacturers and foodservice distributors.
The Role: This is not a coordination role. This is a control tower role. You will own end-to-end execution across:
- Supplier coordination & production planning
- International shipments & freight management
- Import/export documentation & compliance
- Delivery into Australia and other markets
You will be the single point of accountability ensuring goods move on time, in full, and without surprises.

What you will be responsible for:
- Managing suppliers and ensuring production timelines are met
- Planning and executing shipments from origin to destination
- Working directly with:
- Shipping lines
- Freight forwarders
- Clearing agents
- Ensuring accuracy of all export/import documentation
- Driving compliance with Australian BICON requirements, US FDA standards and European import regulations
- Optimising container utilisation and shipment planning
- Aligning supply with demand and maintaining inventory flow
- Coordinating remotely with the Australia-based warehouse team
Shipping & Freight Expertise Expertise (Essential)
- Strong hands-on experience working with shipping lines and freight forwarders
- Deep understanding of:
- Booking processes and documentation
- Vessel schedules and transit planning
- Cut-offs, rollovers, and delay management
- Ability to negotiate freight rates and optimise shipping costs
- Capability to independently manage shipments end-to-end (not just coordinate)
Tech & Systems Mindset (Critical)
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly tech-savvy and systems-driven
- Comfortable working with ERP/WMS platforms
- Capable of building:
- Dashboards
- Tracking tools
- Process automation
- Focused on improving visibility, control, and efficiency
You should not just use systems, you should improve and evolve them.
Who This Role is For
- 10–15+ years in supply chain, logistics, or international trade
- Strong experience in exports to Australia (mandatory)
- Exposure to US / European markets (preferred)
- Background in food, FMCG, or commodity supply chains (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain execution
- Someone who thrives in a high ownership, low supervision environment
Location & Travel
- Based Bangalore, India
- Periodic travel to supplier locations and Australia
