Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own administration, governance, and configuration of the BlackLine platform supporting Record-to-Report processes, focusing on cash management.
Design, implement, and optimize automated reconciliation, certification, and financial close processes.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and operational risk through automation and standardization.
Ensure BlackLine configurations maintain internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance standards.
Partner with Accounting, Finance Transformation, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements across the Record-to-Report landscape.
Communicate system changes, benefits, and impacts clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Promote operational excellence and risk mitigation within finance processes.
