Supply Chain Executive

Role & responsibilities.

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Blinkit and Amazon.
• Verify PO costing to ensure accuracy and consistency with agreed pricing and cost details.
• Monitor and track Sales Orders (SO) and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order processing, stock updates, and dispatch-related activities.
• Manage and follow up on EPO (Electronic Purchase Order) processing and related documentation.
• Coordinate and track appointments related to e-commerce operations, deliveries, and warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, sales orders, costing, and operational data.
• Identify discrepancies in reports, costing, and order details and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and provide accurate data to management.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy across operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve reporting efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience in MIS reporting and e-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of Blinkit and Amazon operational processes will be preferred.
• Understanding of PO costing verification, sales order processing, and warehouse coordination.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
