Hiring: Supply Chain Analyst – Semiconductor & Memory Commodities

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor in Technology or equivalent

Shift Time: APJ (IST : 8 AM - 5 PM)

About the Role

Are you driven by solving complex supply chain challenges in a high-tech environment We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain professional to manage semiconductor and memory commodities supporting networking products.

In this role, you'll operate at the core of materials management, procurement execution, and supply continuity, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

️Lead end-to-end fulfillment strategies across suppliers, distributors (3PLs), ODM/CM partners, and internal teams

️Drive inventory optimization and improve turns while resolving shortages with urgency

️Manage and enhance CPFR/co-planning activities with suppliers

️Monitor supply health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

️Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve component shortages

️Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and executive summaries

️Execute procurement operations: PO management, lead time tracking, supplier engagement

️Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast risks, and drive decisions

️Contribute to cost optimization and process improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data modeling)

Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations / Material Management / Procurement

Understanding of component-level supply chains (high-tech hardware preferred)

Ability to convert data insights into actionable strategies

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities

️Experience in semiconductor or memory commodities

️Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle)

️Exposure to networking, server, or hardware manufacturing environments
