Job Description

Evaluate and approve new and existing suppliers through audits, assessments, and qualification processes
Develop and implement supplier quality requirements, including inspection standards and quality plans
Monitor supplier performance using metrics such as PPM, on-time delivery, and quality issue resolution
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for supplier-related non-conformances
Support the introduction of new products by validating supplier processes and ensuring quality deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage supplier quality issues and drive continuous improvement
Review and approve PPAPs, FMEAs, control plans, and other quality documentation submitted by suppliers
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures across the supply base
Maintain clear documentation and communication related to supplier quality status and improvement actions
