Subject Matter Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for domain-specific knowledge.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on complex technical or business issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures related to the domain.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and mentoring for team members and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within processes or systems and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, or methodologies relevant to the domain and advise on adoption.
• Support business analysis, solution design, and decision-making with deep domain insights.

Required Qualifications:

• 9–12 years of experience in the relevant domain, with strong hands-on knowledge.
• Proven track record of providing guidance, consulting, or advisory in large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field.
