Job Description

  • Handling Team of 15+ FOCO Advisors & Driving Revenue from clients mapped to them on Equity, Derivatives, currency Markets.
  • Achieving the targets set for Team on Cross-selling of IP products like MF-SIPs, IAP, TGS, Insurance & PMS/ AIFs.
  • Creation of revenue & Activation of Inactive clients through effective Advisory Drive and Terminal Operations
  • Helping & training the Team to Handling Queries & complains of clients & solving it within TAT.
  • Achieving the targets set for Team on Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
  • Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of clients financial requirements, analyzing information & recommending portfolios.
  • Monitoring, Motivating & enhancing FOCO Advisor s (Team) Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.
  • Visiting respective franchisee s where FOCO advisors are placed
  • Daily/ Weekly & Monthly Review with BA s along with FOCO advisors
  • Monthly Review with HO-Seniors

Specifications Required-

  • Good communication skills & Knowledge of broking & operations knowledge.
  • Risk profiling of clients along with technical and fundamental understanding.
  • Knowledge of trading applications, MS Office, PPT Preparation etc.
