Sub system designer

Role Description:

• Hands-on experience in engine component or casting die design
• Proficient in design calculations using Mathcad for parts and subsystems
• Skilled in Creo 3D modeling, FEA, Z tolerance, and interface checks
• Practical knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and DFX tools
• Experience with casting and plastic part manufacturing processes
• Ability to select appropriate materials and measurement techniques based on part functionality
• Maintain detailed documentation and technical reports on product design and performance
